We ship worldwide. Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days (same day and next day shipping). Once shipped, wait times vary depending on your country or region and the shipping method you chose.

USA - $12.50 CAD

Canada - $9.94 CAD

United Kingdom - $22.50 CAD

Europe - $25.50 CAD

Worldwide - $35.50 CAD

B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut off Time Domestically:

USA - 3 to 9 Business Days

Canada - 3 to 9 Business Days

United Kingdom- 4 to 7 Business Days

Worldwide- 6 to 10 Business Days depending on country and customs

C. Delivery Terms:

We use USPS, Canada Post, UPS and other local shipping companies as shipping providers.

Shipping costs are shown upfront when you pick a shipping method during the check-out process.

All orders come with tracking numbers. You will receive your tracking number in the shipping confirmation e-mail.

E.  Change of Delivery Address:

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at madinasmodesty@gmail.com

F. Cancellations:

There are no cancellations allowed. See refund & exchange policy for further information.


G. Parcels Damaged In Transit:

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
